You lead the business. I make sure the work moves forward.
I help CEOs and leadership teams stay organized, make decisions, and follow through. I keep important work from getting lost between meetings.
My title is Fractional Chief of Staff. That means I work with your business part-time as your right hand: I keep track of priorities, make sure the right person owns each task, and follow up so work gets finished.

Does everything come back to you?
When a business grows, the CEO can become the person chasing every update and fixing every missed handoff.
- Meetings end, but decisions do not get followed through.
- Projects slow down because no one is clear on who owns the next step.
- You spend too much time checking on work that someone else should be moving forward.
I help your team get the important work done.
I help busy CEOs turn plans into completed work. I keep track of priorities, make sure the right person owns each task, prepare leaders for meetings, follow up on decisions, and spot problems before they delay the team. I work with your business part-time.
Keep priorities clear.
I help you decide what matters most and make sure the team knows what comes first.
Follow through on decisions.
I record decisions, assign next steps, check progress, and bring unfinished work back to the right person.
Run useful meetings.
I prepare agendas, make sure leaders have what they need, and track what happens afterward.
Fix work that keeps getting stuck.
I find where information, approvals, or tasks are getting lost and help put a better process in place.
What you can expect each week
We agree on the exact responsibilities and time commitment before work begins.
- A short list of the week’s most important priorities.
- Clear owners and deadlines for key decisions and tasks.
- Prepared leadership meetings with notes and next steps.
- A simple progress update showing what is done, what is delayed, and what needs your decision.
I can also improve the systems behind the work.
When the problem goes beyond meetings and follow-up, I can help organize team training, map how work gets done, and improve the customer and information systems your team uses.

I built and supported a database, helped staff learn to use it, and created training materials so people could find and use the information they needed.
Managing partners and accounts
DHAUS
I worked on sourcing, vendor management, and account management. That meant helping choose and coordinate suppliers, keeping relationships on track, and following up on commitments.
Coordinating health research

Startups and advisory work
I have served as a fractional CEO for startups and as an advisor to the Hult Prize Foundation and Crown of Faith Network. I help leaders set priorities, solve problems, and keep work moving.
